Bodypump

60 min long class

LesMills Bodypump is a set of intense exercises executed with a light barbell in a fast pace, with accompaniment of brisk music. Such training is highly advantageous to muscles and bones. Throughout such class a ton of calories are getting burnt, thus LesMills both for losing weight and muscle development alike.

Classes are carried out by a certified instructor using a proprietary L.M product. Bodypump is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as training that had the highest recorded amount of people simultaneously exercising to. This was made possible because of effectiveness, popularity and the relevance of the programme to modern society.

Bodycombat

55 min long class

LesMills Bodycombat is practiced without an additional gear, it is a bodyweight exercise. Such kind of workout is highly, highly intense – one can lose up to 740 Kcal. The programme is built around fundamental movements based on certain martial arts.

With said workout can greatly alleviate stress levels, enhance coordination, the precision and swiftness of bodily motions.

This trainings’ aim is focused on arms, legs, shoulders and core.

8 MIND & BODY PROGRAMS FOR EVERYONE

Mind & Body stand for “slow fitness” workouts. Important to note: they are not less effective when it comes to growing muscles or losing weight, by any means. Still, the exercises are executed in a slow pace, keeping the awareness of the breathing dynamics and the emotional state of the one doing them. Yoga for beginners

Not many people know that yoga is not all about Asana’s or varieties of power yoga. The best fruits one can bear from the yoga are exclusively resulting from breathing properly and executing exercises applying the right technique. Which is exactly what “Yoga for beginners” instructor is in charge of.

This program develops flexibility, builds up muscles, extends spine and boosts one’s ability of conscious control over his/hers body.

Antigravity (Fly) Yoga

Is a sub kind of yoga executed via a help of special ceiling-tied hammocks.

The training program includes exercises coming from classic yoga, pilates, aerial and rhythmic gymnastics.

Such training builds muscles and enhances coordination and is overall a rather entertaining activity no matter what your age is.

“PILATES INTRO”

Training based on the methodology of Joseph Pilates, held via a special equipment – “reformers”.

These are the classes held for beginners. Such training does not require special training. Exercises from this category influence posture, flexibility, strength and endurance, as well as improve overall physical condition of the body.

“PILATES”

Pilates is a training for those who already went past “PILATES INTRO” and is acquainted with general principles of physical exertion in Pilates methodology.

PILATES MAT

A unique workout programme that uses a wide variety of sportsgear: platforms, surfaces, free weights, dumbbells, etc.

This exercise-complex is focused on upper body muscles – hands, back, shoulders, abdominal muscles.

The point is, because as we walk every day, legs do get physical activity, muscle load. While the upper part of the body is less involved in our everyday lives; because of that plus a sedentary lifestyle a posture worsens, one grows belly and hands get weaker.
